Denmark was a month of simple surprises. The food was fine. The people were nice. The weather was unpredictable. After a month of traveling around Denmark, I found myself at a bit of a loss for words. Not in a bad way, mind you, but in a way that left me reflecting on the subtler, quieter aspects of the country; the things that don’t immediately leap out at you, but I imagine will grow on you over time.
