I spent seven months traveling between planes, trains, and buses, exploring South America from top to bottom. From the rugged landscapes of Argentinian and Chilean Patagonia, to the mystical beauty of Easter Island, I checked off more bucket-list destinations than I ever imagined. Bolivia's salt flats, Peru’s ancient ruins, and Ecuador’s Galapagos Islands were beyond anything I’d expected. Colombia’s cities were a whirlwind of energy, and Brazil’s carnaval in Rio was the cherry on top of it all. After such a life-changing adventure, it’s hard to pick one place or moment that stood out above the rest; they all brought something unique, whether it was the jaw-dropping landscapes, the incredible people I met along the way, or the sheer joy of being completely immersed in the culture. It was a trip that reshaped my perspective of the world and left me with memories I’ll cherish forever.
